Personality: Militant, hardheaded and hot-tempered but obnoxious, insensitive and overzealous
Appearance: He is very tall and bulky, resembling a robot of sorts, has yellow eyes and carries a cigar around, wears an olive green beret hat and an olive green beret outfit, as well as a black belt and brown boots.
Representation: Corporal punishment, due to Francis' warped belief that punishing anyone for the simplest of mistakes will toughen his kids up.
Description: The being who calls him Discipline claims that he'll make anyone a man in the Beyond, so long as they adhere to his own disciplinary actions and nothing else. But those in the Beyond do their best to steer clear of him, for his overzealous actions has caused more harm than help to anyone, to the point of traumatizing them for a long time.
